Staff assistance & cooperation was excellent- the room was large with everything needed - the sound of the trains going by when the shutters/windows were open was not too intrusive - there was no traffic noise.- the restaurant next door should not be missed -you'll need to book on a friday or saturday!

It's very clean and close to the train station.... very close! You can walk.... The trains are a bit noisy but stop during the night. The hotel was very spacious. You could walk anywhere in town from this location.

The hotel staff were very friendly , thoughtful and friendly. They made us feel at home, and provided many touches such as espresso coffeemaker and coffee that we greatly appreciate. The hotel is just outside the city wall, so its very convenient to walk to old Arezzo , shops downtown, or the railway station. The hotel had very interesting brochures about the city for first-time visitors. In summary, this hotel offers warm genuine local hospitality that is greatly appreciated on a trip to Arezzo by car or train.
Wifi signal could be slightly better on the top floor.

The Jacuzzi (whirlpool) was very relaxing. Seemed like a decent, safe location of the hotel and close to the old part of the city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and at reception, the person working could speak several languages. The apartment was a good size with small balconies. Plenty of things for breakfast and snacks were provided.
It is located in a difficult position to find if you do not know the town. Even with a gps, we went past the entry twice. This has to do with the layout of town and buildings, but the signage is only on the gate, which one cannot see easily. Needs some prior notification so you do not drive past and immediately into another street. Need to have more practical things (paper towels, dish towels, etc.) in kitchen of apartment.

A fine hotel/ apartment complex. Excellent service with bright, modern, a/c rooms centrally located, within walking distance of all within Arezzo. I was concerned that its proximity to the train station and tracks would make it noisy but it was, in fact, very quiet. The management and staff were all cheerful and very helpful at all times. There is also the added bonus of a fine restaurant/pizzeria downstairs. A fine place to stay!
